We started with a simple question

Why is quality web design education so hard to find?

Since 2015, we've been building something different. Not just another platform churning out generic courses, but a space where people actually learn to create websites that matter. We focus on what works in the real world, not just what sounds good on paper.

Learning that actually sticks

We're not here to promise overnight transformations or guarantee six-figure jobs. What we do promise is honest instruction from people who've spent years doing this work professionally. Our webinars connect you with designers who still freelance, still deal with difficult clients, still solve layout problems at 2am.

  • Real experience Every instructor brings at least five years of active client work to their sessions
  • Interactive format Ask questions during live sessions, get feedback on your work, discuss challenges with peers
  • Practical focus We skip the theory lectures and get straight into building actual projects you can show clients
  • Australian perspective Understanding local design trends, client expectations, and market rates matters when you're starting out

How we got here

Back in 2015, the web design education landscape felt broken. Expensive bootcamps promising job placements they couldn't deliver. Cheap video courses that taught outdated techniques. Nothing in between that actually helped people learn this craft properly.

We started running small workshops in western Sydney, teaching responsive design basics to anyone interested. Twenty people showed up to that first session. Half of them had tried learning from YouTube tutorials and gotten frustrated. The other half had paid for courses that left them more confused than when they started.

Those workshops turned into monthly meetups. The meetups evolved into structured webinar series. Now we run live sessions every week, covering everything from CSS grid systems to client communication strategies. Some people drop in for a single topic. Others have been with us for years, gradually building their skills.
